"I thought the content was pitched at a very good level - interesting for people who have used AI before but not so complicated as to turn off people who are completely new to the field. I really enjoyed it and feel like I have some useful strategies now for using AI in my day-to-day work."

"It was an extremely comprehensive session building up from the basics of LLMs to all sorts of applications in product, engineering and other functions. Chris was an extremely effective presenter and took the time to answer our (many) questions - we were hooked!"

"Excellent balance of theory and practice! Chris delivered content at just the right pace, mixing technical depth with practical applications we can implement immediately. The hands-on tasks were particularly valuable, and I especially appreciated learning about building workflow agents - a concept fairly new to me. Really valuable course for our team... we'll definitely be putting this to use!"

Using AI Without Guidance Is Dangerous

Adoption is running ahead of policy in most organisations. The only question is whether they use it well or badly. Left to work it out alone, people paste confidential data into tools with no guardrails, accept wrong answers they cannot spot, and quietly lose the judgment that made them good at their jobs in the first place.

Harvard and BCG studied 758 consultants and found that without proper guidance, AI users were 19 percentage points less likely to produce correct answers on tasks outside AI’s capability frontier. They over-trust the tool on the wrong tasks and under-use it on the right ones. Upskilling is about accuracy, not adoption.

Bain found an average 20% productivity improvement across 109 financial services firms. MIT measured 40% faster task completion with 18% higher quality. Stanford tracked 5,000 customer support agents and saw 14% more issues resolved per hour, rising to 34% for junior staff.

For boards, executives, and leadership teams

The AI Briefing

2-hour session, on-site or remote

AI is moving fast and most of what you read about it is wrong, hyped, or already out of date. This briefing gives senior leaders an honest, jargon-free picture of where AI is today, what it can do, and what it means for your organisation.

Instead of slides full of vendor logos and hand-waving about "transformation," you get live demonstrations with your team's real problems and a frank conversation about what to do next.

Leaders leave with an updated mental model of AI, a clear sense of what to prioritise, and an honest assessment of which tools are worth their team's attention.

What we cover

How LLMs work, without the jargon

What has changed in the last six months and why it matters

Live demonstrations using real business problems

Where AI fits in your organisation and where it does not

Security, privacy, and governance in plain English

Open Q&A with no questions off limits

"I learned a lot about prompting that made me think differently about how to use AI. I feel I'm coming out of this workshop with a much more intelligent approach."

Buy What You Need, Build From There

Every workshop is individually bookable. Start with just the executive briefing, run a single day for your developers, or combine workshops across both tracks into a multi-day programme. Each workshop stands alone, but they are designed to build on each other.

Two tracks cover the two groups whose work AI changes: the people who write code and the people who do not.

Developer Track

Unlocking Agentic Engineering

1 day, on-site or remote, for teams of 10-40

Most developers are using AI as a faster autocomplete. The real gains come from treating AI as a capable junior developer: one that can read your codebase, understand your architecture, and ship code under your supervision.

This workshop builds from AI foundations through to working fluently with coding agents. Your team learns graduated trust: starting with read-only exploration, progressing to supervised changes, and ending the day with confident agentic workflows on their own codebases.

Who this is for

Software engineers, platform engineers, data engineers, and technical architects at any experience level. No prior AI tool experience needed.

Your team will leave able to

Understand how LLMs work and why that matters for coding

Use Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot with a systematic approach, not random prompts

Manage context, sub-agents, skills, and MCP servers

Work with legacy code, modernisation, and documentation using AI

Apply security-first practices: prompt injection, data privacy, code review with AI

Ship faster with confidence in AI-generated code quality

Building Custom Agentic Systems

1 day, on-site or remote · Requires Unlocking Agentic Engineering

Building production-grade agents that your customers and colleagues rely on requires more than prompt engineering. This workshop covers the architecture, patterns, and hard-won lessons behind reliable agentic systems.

Your team learns to build agents that work in the real world: handling failures gracefully, managing costs, integrating with existing systems, and passing the kind of evaluation that gives you confidence in production.

Your team will leave able to

Design agent architectures: sequential, parallel, and recursive patterns

Apply the 12-factor agent methodology for reliable, scalable systems

Defend against prompt injection and build proper input validation

Set up evaluation frameworks that catch problems before users do

Manage costs and optimise performance in production

Integrate agents with existing tools, APIs, and team workflows

"Very informative... I liked the structure of progressing from the high-level basics of LLM mechanics into applications and interfacing with AI in various ways."

Business Track

Unlocking Agentic Knowledge Work

1 day, on-site or remote, for teams of 10-40

AI tools are not just for developers. Product managers, operations leads, finance teams, and HR professionals can get dramatic productivity gains, but only if they learn to use the tools properly.

This workshop starts with AI foundations and moves quickly into hands-on work with whatever your team already has access to: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or all three. Deep research, custom agents, repeatable workflows: your team builds real solutions to their own problems during the session.

Who this is for

Product managers, operations, finance, HR, marketing, research, and any knowledge worker who uses AI tools but wants to get dramatically more from them.

Your team will leave able to

Understand how LLMs work and what that means for their daily work

Use advanced prompting techniques that get consistently better results

Build custom agents, projects, and repeatable workflows in whichever platform you use

Understand what agents are and where they can save hours of manual work

Evaluate AI output critically and know when not to trust it

Apply what they learned to their own work before they leave the room

The Agentic Operating System

1 day, on-site or remote · Requires Unlocking Agentic Knowledge Work

Your team already uses AI for individual tasks. This course teaches them to build systems: agents that handle repeatable processes, route information, and free up hours of manual work across your organisation.

The goal is operational: identify the processes that should not need a person, build the agents that handle them, and create the oversight systems that keep everything reliable. Your team leaves with working automations they built during the session.

Your team will leave able to

Identify which business processes are ready for agentic automation

Build workflow agents using no-code and low-code tools

Design human-in-the-loop oversight for critical processes

Connect agents across tools: email, documents, spreadsheets, internal systems

Scale what works from one team to many without losing control

Measure and report the impact of AI automation to leadership

"Recently attended training from Chris and it wasn't just helpful but I am able to apply the knowledge from it in my work. Keep up the great work Chris!"

Ongoing Coaching

Add-on

Workshops create momentum, and coaching keeps it going. Weekly sessions with your team to troubleshoot adoption challenges, review real work, and push into more advanced techniques as confidence grows.

Early Wins

Weeks 1-2: measure initial impact and catch anyone falling behind.

Build Momentum

Weeks 3-4: address adoption blockers and share wins across the team.

Advanced Practice

Weeks 5-8: push into advanced techniques and embed AI into team rituals.

On-site or Remote

Delivered wherever your team works. In-person for maximum impact, remote split over shorter sessions for distributed teams.

Tailored to You

Exercises use your tech stack, your workflows, and your actual problems. Not generic examples.

Teams of 10-40

Small enough for hands-on engagement, large enough to build shared momentum across the team.
